We live in a place many people only dream about or perhaps visit for a few days. It is a place full of old growth forest, untouched wilderness, myth and bountiful harvests. If you live in Southeast Alaska, you know what it is like to look up at mountains that extend beyond your vision in all directions and across ocean waters that are home to whales, porpoise, sea star, barnacle, plankton, sea lion, otter, puffin and multitudes of wildlife including the fish we eat.
