Join poet Christopher D. Sims on Thursday December 11th from 5PM- 7PM AKST/ 8PM- 10PM Chicago, Central Time via Zoom for a generative writing workshop which will include writing craft instruction related to lyricism and musicality in spoken poetry.

Spend time writing with those in attendance with writing prompts prepared to take you into the heart of this relationship between music and poetry.


This is a joyful space, open to writers and people with interest in music, poetry, conversation and what it means to be fully human. You are welcome if you possess all the hubris in the world. You are welcome with imposter syndrome ringing in your head.
