About the event

The Stories We Tell Ourselves: Fiction about COVID

Five years into the pandemic, what can we learn from the fiction written about COVID?

What can it teach us about writing that's inspired by both memory and crisis?

We'll look at recent fiction about COVID (Negative Space by Gillian Linden, Joan is Okay by Weike Wang, and others.

We'll generate our own work with the help of prompts and discussion. All are welcome.
