About the event
Gather for eight Thursdays and write with Ruth Underhill of Tongass Mist Writing. These are generative writing salons designed to spark curiousity in the world around you as we rest and dream through these darkest months. Find seeds of hope for spring. Write your memories, stories, dreams and wonderings. All of this is set inside a supportive online community with the wise and kind instruction of a writing teacher, editor and host. Feedback on writing is positive and encouraging. We focus on building each other up on our creative journey in this space rather than critique. You will gain plenty of creative writing craft tools, a stack of literary examples through excerpts we will read related to our prompts and much more!
Invest in your voice and community this January and February. Space is limited to 6 writers. Online, live or recorded for registered writers.

This ticket includes one 1:1 Zoom call with Ruth to discuss your writing project and recieve personalized editorial feedback or encouragement in your writing journey some time during the 8 week class in addition to 8, 2-hour classes on Zoom with all registered writers (live or an email with the recording link.)
